Bench Press with incline and decline press - traditional shoulder press and squat exercises for quads, gluts, and ham strings. Leg extensions, shoulder shrugs, abdominal sit ups, and trapezius. External obliques, core and intercostals. Dips - Pectorals, deltoids, triceps, pec deck station and calf development.
This machine comes complete with the lat pull down bar, Ab strap, Calf block, squat attachments, (2) 8" strap handles, (2) 14" strap handles, ankle strap, curl bar, triceps rope, calf block.
